Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Maria for Agents, operated by Maria Answers LLC. Using the site or the service means you agree to them.

Early access

Maria for Agents is a young product in early access, and it is open: you can sign up yourself at mariaforagents.com/start. We are still adding to it, and we say on each page what she does today rather than what is planned.

What the service is

Maria is AI. She answers, follows up, books, reads the documents you send her, tracks the dates in them, chases the people a deal depends on, and reports back. She assists you; you remain the agent, and the decisions and the client relationship stay yours.

Maria does not give legal, tax, financial or professional advice. She can pull the dates, parties and amounts out of a document and keep the timeline honest. She will not tell you whether a term is good, whether to accept or counter, or what a clause means for your situation. Anything she extracts is informational and subject to your own review and your clients’ attorneys.

Your account

You are responsible for what you tell us, for keeping your credentials safe, and for what happens under your account. You must have the right to give us the documents, contacts and connected accounts you give us, and you must use the service in line with your licence, your brokerage’s rules, and the law.

Billing

The published price is $599 a month, flat. No per-seat fees, no per-deal fees and no setup fee. Agents keep the price they joined at for as long as they stay subscribed. Your first seven days are free; a payment method goes on file when the trial starts, and the subscription begins after the week unless you cancel. It is month-to-month with no contract, cancelling is one click, and cancelling stops future charges. Fees already billed for a started period are not refunded except where the law requires it or we choose to.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to send unlawful or abusive messages, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to attack the service or the systems you connect to it.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes are posted here with a new date. You can stop using the service at any time, and we may suspend access for a breach of these terms or to protect the service.
