Privacy Policy

Maria for Agents is an AI chief of staff for real-estate agents, operated by Maria Answers LLC. This policy says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is short because what we do is short.

If you signed up

The signup form asks for your name, your brokerage or team, your email, optionally your mobile number, and what you want off your plate. We store that, we email you the activation link, and we use it to run your account. That is the only thing we use it for. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not pass it to anyone else to market to you. Texts only go to a number you ticked the box for, and STOP ends them.

The same is true of a waitlist entry left while signup was closed, and of a signup you never activated. Ask us to delete it and we delete it. One email does it, and you do not have to give a reason.

If you use the product

For agents using the product we also hold: your account details and billing information; the documents you send Maria (contracts, disclosures, inspection reports, estoppels), which are stored encrypted in a vault scoped to your account alone; the contacts and deal details you or your CRM give her; and the calls, texts and outcomes generated as she works for you. We use it to do the work you asked for, to bill you, to support you, to keep the service secure, and to meet our legal obligations.

Maria is AI, and she says so on every call. We do not record call audio. Calls produce a transcript and a summary that belong to your account.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with the providers who run the service for us (hosting, telephony, messaging, email delivery, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations, with any service you choose to connect, and where the law requires it. Someone Maria contacts on your behalf gets only what the errand needs, such as the property address and the work in question.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, disconnect any connected service, and cancel at any time. Text messages stop when you reply STOP.
